Our experience with Seguin Chevrolet was mixed. We only had our Equinox for about three months before having multiple issues. It was in the service department twice in one month for two separate problems and eventually spent almost a month there. With additional issues being found, it took nearly two months to reach a resolution.

I had a rough experience this time around. 6 month old car was taken in for an oil change and electrical issues, my car ended up at the dealership for over a month to fix an oil leak that they found between the engine and transmission. Got the car back after that and 3 days later the drive shaft fell out while I was driving due to being reinstalled incorrectly
These last two times I have had to come for some assistance, he has gone above and beyond to make sure I was good...

There is still shattered glass in the frame of my trunk, noticed the glass the day of purchase, took my vehicle back up to the location for that and another service. Glass still present
Had them spray in a bedliner, happy with the results except they didn’t reconnect the light bar after they were done, someone probably should have checked that

With a bigger dealership sometimes you get lost in the shuffle but not with Ethan. He needs to train some of the higher ups about true customer support and service. A big shout of appreciation to the guys in the service department who came to our aid today. We had a flat on our truck while pulling our RV today and stopped on road next to dealership. The service manager drove past us and then came back saying he was sending someone out to help us. So, I saw this thing advertised online, and the price looked pretty sweet. When I got to the store, though, it was a whole different story. Apparently, the online price was just a hook, and the real cost was way higher. It felt like a bit of a bait-and-switch, honestly. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth after that shopping trip.

Went for oil change and rotation. After getting home noticed no finger prints on all four wheels. I check the oil, looked new but they forgot to rotate my wheels. I lost confidence with this dealership.
