Jesse and the sales manager made every effort to get me the best price and interest rate they possibly could. They also gave me the exact price I asked for on my trade in. My only complaint is I wish the maintenance package wasn’t so expensive.

I called and Gracie told me to drive in from San Antonio for an electrical issue. When I got there she greeted me and came out right away to see the issue I was having. Then she was able to work with the service department manager and was able to get my vehicle in for a diagnostic evaluation of my electrical issue. They were able to address the issue in a short amount of time. She told me that she believed that they corrected the electrical issue but to keep her updated if the issue comes back. Guys when I tell you that Ro is an amazing sales man, he really is. He has been my go to car sales man since 2024 from taking out my first car to getting my new 2025 trax to literally just taking my husband to get his NEW 2026 Colorado. Don't waste your time with the service department. The service writers dont acknowledge you existence. The male service writer was texting on his cellphone, one female writer was hunched over in her chair and the other female service writer was trying to check people out. Stealerships these days dont appreciate their customers. Over 30 years of owning chevrolets time for yall to do better.
