I had a great experience with the dealership! I originally brought my vehicle in to have a tire repaired, and I really appreciated that they went above and beyond and replaced the tire instead. I also had an oil change and tire rotation done, and everything was completed quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy and stress free. I’m very thankful for the excellent service and will definitely be returning!

My sales person Ro was very helpful with the process of purchasing my vehicle. I drove from Houston and had submitted the application and sent all the documents in and got approved within 45 minutes. Wym I got there everything was ready to go, I did my test drive and went straight to finance. Everything was cut and dry with not extra hidden prices or fees. The finance person was also helpful and informative and made sure I knew about all the options as far as Gap and warranties. I would definitely recommend.

My experience with Seguin Chevrolet's service department has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I've ever had, and it raises one simple question:
I scheduled an appointment and dropped my vehicle off for two concerns: a failed backup camera and a possible exhaust leak. It was ok. I had ask them to check the breaks but when I checked in a guy told me that yeah the brakes on the new cars are more metal. So am I supposed to drive around with squeaky brakes.

I brought in my 2020 Chevrolet Equinox into Sega Chevrolet. Not knowing why my car would not start Upon inspection, they found out my starter was installed wrong. But then when they got it started, they heard metal rattling so they proceeded to find out what the problem was.It took a while I finally got my car back and she runs beautifully

This week, I received that I was billed for a service I never scheduled or received. Yet, that’s what the system shows. This is not the first time, staff make actions that take advantage of the customer. This person has told me in the past that my tire has a nail, or that i have to purchase another service when there is nothing wrong. Honestly it is very difficult to trust in Seguin Chevrolet's service and attention to the customer.
I walked in on a Saturday morning and went in to get change the oil and filter and Diana checked me in right away. With no problem I was in and out. I really appreciate her professionalism.
