Gracie took initiative to keep the ball rolling and had my car serviced far within the allotted time. She was communicative and very professional.

I was not impressed with Michael. He did not return my calls. I had a hole in my window washer cable and I went for two weeks with no window washers could not run wipers. He did not care. He was only interested in big jobs. I did have a light on a warning light which he told me would be $250 to analyze the problem and that was OK but I needed my washer fixed right away anyway needless to say Michael didn’t get back to me basically for two weeks after he told me he could not get the parts in right away so there I was finally I got so aggravated. I went to another dealership and they repaired every issue that I had to a tune of $2600 so it’s again Chevrolet missed out on that deal anyway I’ll never go back to Seguin Chevrolet. Thank you.

Our experience with Seguin Chevrolet was mixed. We only had our Equinox for about three months before having multiple issues. It was in the service department twice in one month for two separate problems and eventually spent almost a month there. With additional issues being found, it took nearly two months to reach a resolution. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. We often had to reach out ourselves for updates, struggled to get clear answers, and felt passed between service and sales. My biggest advice is don’t stop following up until you get the answers or resolution you need. I’d also recommend doing your own research before purchasing, including checking service bulletins and the vehicle’s history, and being mindful of which salesperson you choose. That said, credit where credit is due. They ultimately took care of us and helped us into a much better vehicle. Jose Acosta deserves a special shoutout for taking over our situation and being attentive throughout the process. Thank you as well to Jeremy, the GM, for stepping in and helping us reach a resolution. We originally purchased the Equinox from Seguin Motorcars. After everything, I’m not sure we would purchase from them again, but we appreciate that they ultimately made things right.

I've had experiences with Seguin Chevrolet before, in the service department when I had a Equinox and was happy how they took care of keeping my veh clean. I'm happy so far with the dealership..Keep in mind if things change you will know. I have a few issues already with my New Tahoe, Service said they would take care of it all.
